李苗 Li Miao

Li Miao graduated from the Department of Journalism of Beijing Broadcasting Institute and studied in the Department of Journalism of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy Social Sciences. She is currently an associate professor in the Advertising Department of the School of Journalism and Communication of Jinan University, and the Deputy Director of the Brand Strategy and Communication Research of Jinan University; a part-time professor at the Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education, and a graduate student supervisor in sports communication. She is also a visiting researcher at Yoshida Hidekazu Foundation in Japan; a member of the Academic Committee of the China Advertising Association; a judge of the China Advertising Works Yearbook (IAI); a consultant to the Dongguan Advertising Association. Over the years, she has been committed to the education of news and advertising communication, with a research focus on communication media, involving on advertising media, news media operations, brand communication, advertising creativity, and new media research.

At the same time, she pays attention to the research and practice in the of advertising professional talent training, and has published dozens of related research articles in professional academic journals. In 2002, she participated in the research project of the State General of Sports, "Information Industry and Sports Industry in the 21st Century," and was a main member of the project. She is currently engaged in the research on the of new media industries.
