In August 2005, he joined Focus Media (China) Holdings Limited as the Chief Strategic Officer. As a member of the top management team of the company, Chen Yan has been involved in major events related to the group's work projects, such as the integration of mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, the privatization of the company in the US market, and its return to A-shares. He has demonstrated outstanding management skills. Chen Yan has gained insights into the field of media and pioneered multiple industry advancements: partnering with KanterMedia to establish China's first outdoor TV ratings Infosys OOH evaluation system, filling the global market gap. Jointly with Millward Brwon to promote the cross screen research MixReach system of TV, outdoor TV, Internet and mobile Internet media, and become the first multi screen delivery effect measurement tool used in the industry.




From 2000 to 2005, Chen Yan joined Media Agency Zenith Media, a subsidiary of Public, the world's largest media group, to establish the China Outdoor Media Department and serve as the Deputy General Manager of Outdoor Media in China. We have established the largest outdoor media professional team in China from scratch, reformed and innovated the media work mode, and established a clearly defined outdoor media operation process. This mode has been widely adopted by Media Agency to this day.
