Raymond is currently one of the first creative leaders to apply creativity and innovation to customer digital transformation. He believes that brand creativity should transcend, spanning across products, services, and experiences. That's why, in his previous role as Chief Experience Officer at Accenture Interactive/Droga5 and later as Creative Officer at Wunderman Thompson, he has been exploring how brands can become more purposeful and meaningful at every touchpoint of the customer journey.

With over 20 of experience, Ray has worked with clients such as Unilever, Nike, LVMH, Shiseido, Starbucks, Huawei, Citi Bank, Ferrari, Kimly-Clark, and others, working at some of the world's best advertising agencies, such as Wieden   Kennedy, JWT, TBWA, and Fall, and has always been exploring new ways to tell stories that make the experience feel like magic.

During his previous tenure, he won creative and effectiveness awards, transformed an agency into "Best Workplace", and campaigned for the year's best new business team. He is also one of Campaign's 40 Under 40 Digital Alist 50.

Ray is also a judge and speaker at SXSW, Unicorn Startup Battle, Cannes, Asian Summit, AME Effectiveness Awards,an Advertising Stars, and China Advertising Festival, as well as a guest lecturer at Techcamp, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the University ofoucestershire.
