Wu Shenggen, male, January 1965, Fenghua, Zhejiang; former director of the Advertising Department of School of Journalism and Communication at Shanghai University, director of the Academic and Legal Professional Committee of the Shanghai Advertising Association, deputy director of the Shanghai University Huangshan International Communication Research Institute and special professor at Huangshan University. He is an expert in the China International "Internet  " College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, a special expert of China News AgencyChina Economic and Financial Network", a senior visiting scholar at the Tokyo headquarters of the Ministry of Education's "Third Phase of Japan Dentsu Advertising Senior Teacher Training Project", a standing member of the China Higher Education Association Advertising Education Professional Committee, and has served as a final judge for the Advertising Award multiple times.
