Liu Bingbing, currently the head of the Department of Art Design in the School of Architecture and Art at Beiyang University of Technology, is an professor, a master's degree supervisor, a principal of a national social science foundation project, a judge of the IAI International Advertising Awards, and an expert evaluator of national graduation design. He graduated from the Chinese Academy of Art with a doctoral degree, focusing on visual communication design and theoretical research. He has participated in more than 20 scientific projects, published more than 30 papers, written several monographs, participated in the planning of illustration exhibitions many times, served as an expert judge for several social design projects undertaken several social design practice projects, and guided undergraduates and graduate students to participate in various design competitions, winning more than a hundred major awards.
