Mr. Wang Zhiguo served as the Project Manager and Chief Designer of the Software Development Department at German Harman Becker Electronics in 207, leading the development of projects such as the Advanced Embedded Navigation System (Augmented Navigation) based on framework structure design; In 2009, he returned China and joined the Skyworth Group, where he established the Skyworth Group Software Research Institute and led the development of the COOCAA "Cool Open" intelligent big-screen system, known as the "Father of Cool Open System"; In 2014, Cool Open Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established as an independent operation with Mr. Wang Zhiguo serving as the Chairman, becoming the youngest Chairman of a company under Skyworth; In 2017, he took on the role Executive Vice President of Skyworth Color Television Business Division and concurrently served as the General Manager of the Global Research and Development Center of Skyworth Group.
